Duties/
Responsibilities:
Interface and interact with Manufacturing and Quality Control teams from the OEM and Tier 1 supplier.
Become the resident quality expert of the supplier parts and provide representation and avocation.
Interpret data and other variables to provide feedback and resolution on behalf of the supplier.
Build solid relationships with the Supplier and OEM employees.
Trouble-shoot and diagnose issues as they arise.
You may need to be able to be on your feet for 8
hours a day and some weekends may be required.
Requirements:
Mechanical competency.
Electrical Troubleshooting/Repair Expereince.
Troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and stay engaged.
Interpret basic specification sheets and technical documents.
Ability to use basic hand tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience Required/Preferred:
ASE Certification is not required but is preferred.
Quality control, quality assurance and or manufacturing experience required.
Wiring harness experience required.
Supplier quality representation experience preferred.
